# Circular: Risk Intelligence

> DeFi risk intelligence for lending markets across Morpho and Aave

## What is Circular

Circular is Rosetta's risk intelligence layer. It provides real-time visibility into lending market risks across Morpho and Aave, transforming on-chain data into actionable risk intelligence. It monitors markets, vaults, and positions continuously.

## Capabilities

Circular exposes 39 tools organized into five categories.

## How It Works

Circular collects data from lending protocols (Morpho Blue, Aave V3), normalizes it into a unified data model, applies risk models and scoring, and surfaces insights through multiple interfaces.

All data is derived from on-chain state. Risk scores, credit ratings, and alerts are computed deterministically from observable protocol data.
